About the project
Platform Q! is a cloud-based enterprise software solution engineered to integrate or gradually replace the company-specific, isolated ERP systems developed by various software providers.

My Role
As the UI Designer I led the company's full rebrand, including the main landing page, marketing materials, and presentations.
I designed 200+ web app screens, maintaining a cohesive design system. Additionally, I conducted a thorough UI audit, identifying major issues like poor navigation, outdated aesthetics, and non-intuitive interactions.
This analysis guided the transformation of a complex system into a user-friendly, modern experience, balancing creative design with practical usability improvements.
Project Outcome
Over the two-year duration of the project, the rebranding and design overhaul of Platform Q! led to significant, measurable improvements.
User interviews and iterative design refinements resulted in enhanced navigation, improved overall usability, and a more intuitive interface that was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews.
The reimagined design not only elevated the brand's market presence but also provided tangible cost savings by minimizing the need for extensive retraining and reducing support calls.

UX Audit of the Existing Application
Before touching the redesign, I ran a thorough UX audit of the existing application. I went through every core area, the main menu, sidebar, top and bottom bars, action bar and content area, documenting what worked and where users kept getting stuck.
The audit surfaced the recurring problems that shaped the entire project: confusing navigation, dated visuals and non-intuitive interactions. These findings became the brief for everything that followed.

Wireframes Before Design
With the audit findings in hand, I designed wireframes for the project before starting on the actual application design. Working in low fidelity let me restructure the navigation and layout fast, without getting distracted by visual styling.
Only once the structure and user flow felt right did I move into high-fidelity design, which kept the later screens consistent and grounded in real decisions rather than guesswork.
